Occidental Rugby vs Whittier in the Southern Cal playoffs
An undefeated Oxy Rugby squad takes on the Whittier Poets in a first round playoff game this Saturday (3/16) at Paterson/Jack Kemp Field on campus. Come support the men's side as they play to take their season to Cal State Maritime for the California Cup the following weekend. Expect good things to come as they journey to Glendale, CO (Rugbytown, USA) for the National Championship run!
There will be an ORAA sponsored Alumni event at the new Samuelson Alumni Center before the game. If you haven't seen it, you are missing out - the building is amazing. About 40 of us had a great time last Friday watchin the women's team beat rival Claremont.
We will be selling tshirts at the game, which are also available at www.rugbyperiod.com. Use code "rugby15" to get 15%. With your purchase, $5 of each item bought will be donated to the Oxy Rugby program.
